Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is great for anyone that may not be able to sit on the floor, but still want to get the benefits of a Yoga session.  By using the chair as support, you can do many of the poses that are modified.  All you need is a sturdy chair, that allows your feet to touch the ground, has a back, but no arms.
